The Challenge
We have been working with C3 Alliance Corporation on countless virtual events during the pandemic. As restrictions lifted, they were looking to bring delegates back together in-person to a multi-room conference, while still maintaining a virtual aspect of the conference, and providing opportunities for an international audience. Additionally, they were looking to feature speakers from around the globe, but due to travel barriers, needed them to attend virtually.

The Solution
A hybrid live event allowed both in-person and virtual attendees to participate, and for international speakers to virtually connect to the conference. We were able to provide two seamless livestreams concurrently, allowing participants to choose which session they attend, with the option to watch a missed session at a later time. All participants, virtual or in-person, could submit and view questions on the online platform, encouraging collaboration amongst all attendees.

The Result
Two concurrent livestreams, participants and speakers from across the globe, and over a hundred happy in-person delegates. As our partnership with C3 continues to grow, we look forward to serving them in all of their production needs.
